Private Swim Lessons
According to the American Red Cross: Drowning is the number one cause of death for children ages 1 to 4 years. Among children 5 to 14 years, drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury death behind motor vehicle crashes.
Learning correct water safety behaviors and taking Swim Lessons can significantly reduce their risk.
Private swim lessons at the YMCA prepare kids and adults of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong swimmers and confidence.

- Learning pace determined by the participant
*Prices includes six 30-minute lessons.
*All private swim lesson packages will expire 6 months after purchase date if that have not been redeemed; an must be used within 90 days of first lesson, after which they will expire. (Rule effective 8/31/26)
Aquatics
Private lessons are available for purchase by the single 30-minute session, 1-hour session, or in a *BEST VALUE 6-pack .
Private lessons are available two different ways:
Individual (1-on-1 student to instructor )
Family/Small group (2-3 students in a family to 1 instructor)
*All private swim lesson packages will expire 6 months after purchase date if that have not been redeemed; an must be used within 90 days of first lesson, after which they will expire. (Rule effective 8/31/26)
