Aquacise – a water-based class featuring a mix of light cardio and low-impact exercises to improve joint health. Ideal for individuals with hip, knee, or back problems.

The pool is kept around 82*F, so enjoy the benefits of an aquatic workout any time of year!

The buoyancy of water reduces the impact on joints, making it a low-impact exercise suitable for various fitness levels, from beginners to those with arthritis to avid fitness enthusiasts. Activities include various exercises like jumping jacks, lunges, and kicks, as well as strength training with water weights or dumbbells, all designed to improve overall fitness while being refreshing and relaxing in our 82° F pool water.

No matter the class you choose, members are encouraged to participate at their own specific level of intensity. Modifications are suggested for those with limited mobility.
