Aqua Zumba

All the fun of Zumba, with the added benefits of the water.

Aqua Zumba blends upbeat Latin rhythms with low-impact, instructor-led movement for a workout that’s easy on the joints and big on energy. Expect full-body movement, great music, and a class that feels more like a dance party than a workout. Mondays and Wednesdays at the Reading Y.

SilverSneakers

Strength, balance, and movement designed to keep you active and confident.

We offer multiple SilverSneakers class formats across our branches, including Silver & Fit, Silver & Active, SilverSneakers Classic, SilverSneakers Circuit, and SilverSneakers Yoga. These instructor-led classes focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and overall mobility in a supportive group environment.

Pedal your way into February with a heart-pumping spin experience designed to boost cardiovascular health and leave you feeling strong. Class begins at 8:30 AM, and you are in control of your ride. Stay for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your goals and energy level.
