Labor Day Hours

The Adamstown, Mifflin, Reading, and Tri Valley YMCAs will be closed Monday 9/1 in observance of Labor Day. Sinking Spring YMCA will be open from 6-11 AM with a modified group fitness class schedule:

  • 8:00 – 8:30 AM | LES MILLS GRIT
  • 8:30 – 9:00 AM | Spin 30
  • 8:40 – 9:40 AM | LES MILLS BODY PUMP
  • 9:00 – 10:00 AM | Yoga

9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Challenge

September 1-11th

Join us at the YMCA of Reading & Berks County for a powerful tribute to the heroes of September 11, 2001. In this special fitness event, participants will climb 110 stories on the stair climber or walk 1,980 steps, honoring the journey of first responders in the World Trade Center. Sign our memorial wall to mark your progress and add the name of someone you’re honoring.

Monster Mash Halloween Workout

October 29 at Sinking Spring YMCA

It’s time to bring the boo to the gym! Join us in your favorite costume at the Sinking Spring YMCA on October 29 for our annual Monster Mash Group Fitness Costume Event, a spooky, sweaty celebration where fitness meets fright! 

Class times will be announced soon, so stay tuned and get your costume ready. 

This Halloween fitness event is open to all members and packed with fun, movement, and monster vibes. No tricks, just treats for your muscles.

Senior Spooky-ween Soiree

October 30 at Mifflin YMCA | 10:30-11 AM

Let’s get into the Halloween spirit with the Senior Spooky-Ween Soirée!

Join us after our morning senior fitness classes for a spooktacular celebration featuring a potluck lunch (please bring a dish to share), fun and interactive games, and a costume contest with prizes and plenty of laughs. It’s the perfect chance to connect with friends, show off your spooky side, and enjoy a playful afternoon of movement and community.
