To register your child:

1. Click here to download and complete all forms.

2. Submit paperwork via email or in person at the Richmond location. Email completed forms to: [email protected]

3. Once your documents are received, we’ll contact you to finalize the start date.

Payment & Fees Info

• Registration Fee: $75 per child (due at sign-up)

• Late Pick-Up Fee: $1/minute after 5:30 PM or over 12 hours/day

• Over 10 Hours Fee: $2/hour per child

• Payment Schedule: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (must be paid before care is provided)

Here are a few important notes:

• Our cost structure accounts for factors such as meeting state-mandated staff/child ratios we need to have for each of our age groups every week. Therefore, our rates/fees will not be reduced for holidays, emergency closings, vacations, or illness.
• If you need more affordable care, we can help you find out if your family qualifies for ELRC.
• Two weeks’ written notice is required to terminate care.
