Parisi Programs
Performance Proven-650,000+ athletes have used the Parisi Speed School systems to build their athletic skills. At the Sinking Spring Family YMCA, Parisi Speed School uses a curriculum based in science and sports psychology to help every athlete reach their potential.
Monthly Parisi Membership
Allows unlimited access to Parisi area and Parisi classes.
All fees for this program are due on the 21st of each month.
In order to register for this program, you MUST be an active Sinking Spring Family YMCA member.
