Registration Instructions

Families registering for both AM and PM care must register each session separately to avoid duplicate registration fees:

1. Register for AM Care and complete checkout.

2. Register for PM Care and complete checkout.

3. Families wishing to register for afternoon Early Dismissals would register under School’s Out- Schuylkill Valley Half Days

Registration Process

• All forms in the Parent Handbook must be completed and submitted before your child’s first day.

• You may register online through our website. Incomplete paperwork may result in delayed start dates.

• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Email completed paperwork to [email protected].

Note: If you register online, you will receive an email with additional forms to complete prior to your child’s start date.

Hours of Operation

• Before School: 7:00 AM – Start of school

• After School: School dismissal – 6:00 PM

• Full Day Care is offered at Tri Valley YMCA on in-service days and select holidays. Visit our School’s Out program page for details.

Registration Fee (2025–2026 School Year)

• $75 per child for early enrollment (April–July 1, 2026) and all ELRC participants

• $150 per child for enrollment starting July 2, 2026, through the remainder of the school year

Registration Process:

To register, all paperwork in the parent handbook must be completed and returned prior to the first day attended. Online registrations through our website will also be accepted. Incomplete paperwork/registration will not be accepted and may delay your child’s start date. We will accept registration on a first come, first served basis.
